Established in 2010, 913studios is a freelance web and interactive design studio based in the Metro of Kansas City, founded by our Creative Director, Matt Kline. This is the third version of this site and the first complete overhaul since our launch in early 2010. All of the projects that we have listed in our portfolio have been completed by 913studios, either as a collobration, or by Matt Kline, our Creative Director. Also, some projects have a footer link to CMK or MWKline Designs. CMK is Matt's freelance label that he occasionally works under and MWKline Designs was the first label Matt designed under.

Matt is a multiple Pixel Award Winner, designer, developer & web standards advocate. Matt's projects focus on everything from his fascination with cutting-edge technology to both modern and retro design styles. Matt's work emphasizes minimalistic interactive design with simple usability and adheres to current accessibility and web standards. Matt founded 913studios and holds the position of Creative Director, which means he oversees the design and direction for creative projects.

Cooper is a yellow lab that likes long walks, running around in circles, and chewing on objects that are not meant to be chewed on. He is great at motivating the design team to get things done and has a knack for making sure projects are completed on time. Cooper spends most of his time sleeping, eating, and running around. He currently holds the position of Director of Public Relations and is hoping for a promotion that allows him to chase a ball around all day. What he doesn't realize is that would not be great for overall company productivity.
